Today I was at work and one of the girls who I havent seen in a few weeks said to me... "How did you lose so much weight?" - not, "wow, have you lost weight?" or anything like that. Considering she knew nothing about me losing weight it made me think... wow it must ACTUALLY show if she can definitely tell I've lost some.
