Don't beat yourself up. I have done this to myself too, and generally, being frustrated makes me hungrier and less motivated to work out or eat healthy. I would say that you should start fresh tomorrow, first of all, and maybe distract yourself from bad habits with "life affirming" activities, such as getting your hair/nails done, going for a walk, taking a bubble bath, etc. (This is a tip from Jillian Michaels, btw, to give her credit there).

What I like to do, also, is download some podcasts about health and fitness from iTunes. They're free and there are a lot of good ones out there! I like "The Jillian Michaels Podcast," and "Fat to Fit Radio," among others.

Another tip--Maybe try consulting a dietitian or personal trainer? I know that's probably expensive, but it could do the trick if you have the funds.

Lastly, re-train yourself to enjoy eating healthy foods. I am a vegan now, for moral reasons, which automatically deters me from consuming many desserts, but I have also developed a taste for leafy greens like brussel sprouts and Swiss chard and broccoli. Sometimes I even crave them! I view a nice piece of fruit and a delicious cup of coconut-based yogurt as a real treat (made even better with granola sprinkled on top) as equally, if not more desirable than a bag of chips or something fried.

Just remember that you CAN do it; you CAN get there. Take baby steps, set reachable goals, and you'll be back on track for sure!
