I went to my first spinning class today and I was genuinely terrified. I was convinced I would have to stop half way through or would be an absolute wreck afterwards.
But here I am. One spinning class down and booked in again for Thursday and Friday.
I LOVED IT! And whats more I felt so good afterwards. I went in there in the mindset I had 3 months ago and convinced I was 25pounds heavier. I certainly did not give myself credit for just how much fitter I've become and how much more capable I am! It gave me the motivation I need to just go for it... in the gym I can barely spend 15minutes on the bike!
I feel so ridiculously proud of myself and can I please, please just say to those who are too worried to go - just give it a try! You won't be disappointed and you can only do what you can do - which is entirely enough! Go and book a class..... it's certainly one of the best decisions I've ever made!!!

I love it, for a while I was doing 3-4 classes a week0

Congratulations! I love spin and RPM, it is worth the 45 minutes to an hour. I have been enjoying the classes for 9 months now and the results are well worth it. Keep up the good work and congrats on finding a fitness class that keeps you motivated.0

Its a stationary bike class set to fast paced music0 -
Spinning is awesome. It's so lightweight but makes you very fit0

Its a workout class on a stationary bike. You have a control to change the resistance and an instructor with motivating music to tell you what to do and when. An hour goes by so quickly when you're doing different things on a bike. Its defintiely going to be my new regular class!!0

I'm so glad you benefited from going to a spin class. The stationary bike is my favorite. Mostly because it was my only real gym equipment at home, so I had gotten used to it from a young age.
I'm so glad your attitude about the class has changed. That's such a great thing, finding something you love!0
