  • Today I swam 6 consecutive lengths front stroke, fast in the pool. Usually I managed 3 before I stopped and changed to breast stroke but today I fought through it and did the extra lengths.
  • Yeah I'm new too! Got my first weigh in on Friday but I'm seeing results - even in myself having more willpower to do stuff! and hopefully shed a pound or two! Really helps with all the motivation from everyone!
  • Squats will tone your legs and bums. Yoga is great for all over toning and certain moves will work better for your legs. Regular cycling will give you killer thighs but again, a lot may cause your legs to get bigger but will be toned.
  • Yeah I was with Weight Watchers but it cost too much, its complicated to work it out if you dont hav the system and yeah there are so many things which count as 0 points which actually still have calories etc in so you think you're getting none but you're still consuming stuff. Using this counts your calories easily for…
  • That worked. Thanks!
  • That only has my weight one, I wanted to update my exercise one from tickerfactory.com Thanks so much anyway.
  • Ok I may be being slow... where's the tools bit...? lol thanks!

Weight Watchers bars are delicious and better than regular chocolate bar. For something lowcarb... try celery and peanut butter. Its delicious and…
  • Ah I have toppings for life! Thanks guys!
  • They are quite carby and calorific yes but in moderation theres no problem, a handful of almonds or brazils have plenty of goodness in them too, as long as you keep within your daily calorie/carb allowance. I'm a veggie so nuts are a big part of my diet but just a few every few days.
  • I agree, drinking water helps alot I find, or chew some sugar-free gum. It'll give your mouth something to do and will make your mouth taste minty so you wont wanna eat. Or if it really is boredom focus on something else. Take your mind completely off what you were doing - that was clearly boring you in the first place! ;)…
  • I find the same, and agree with the others more protein will make you fuller for longer. Also, I find a stick or two of celery before bed helps. It barely affects your calorie count and actually is proven to help you sleep.
  • What a motivational thing to put up - fingers crossed for me being able to put one up in the future! Congratulations - you look great!
