  • I would definitely recommend adding some weight training to see if that helps. You can always go back if it doesn't. Also eat back some of your exercise points I wasn't and barely list anything each week. Now that I do I usually lose on average 2lbs a week.

  • Yes definitely, for example if I do 3.7 mph on my treadmill it tells me I will burn 320 calories per hour but if I do 4.7 I burn 707 calories per hour.

  • When I saw the nutritionist/dietition she told me that coffee does not count because even decaf has small amounts of caffeine and caffeine actually dehydrates you.
