Exactly! And that is one of MY reasons for losing as well, i can not bend into the bathtub to give my 2 youngest their baths without back pain, or hand wash dishes or stand to fold laundry. im not THAT out of shape for my weight which is a lot still but the extra weight really does put a lot of strain on my back :/

My sister has cut out white/refined starchy foods like white breads and pastas and has done amazing so far, last i knew she waas down nearly 30lbs, my body reacts horribly to those types of foods as well, so i dont eat them if i can help it, i instead opt for whole grains and fruits for my carbs.

you know, i just googled and found a chart on low vs high sodium foods and i cant believe some of the foods i prepare that i thought were "healthy" are so high in sodium like eggs.......ham i knew was high but not as high as it really is!!! im no help since my youngest 2 have been sleeping through since they were born. my sons 8weeks and is up a lot during the day, taking cat naps and one-two long naps during the day and sleeps all night, however this does mean he eats like a piggy during the day, hes taking 4-6oz every 2 hours totaling about 32-36oz a day
