I don't.usually set any goals in life until lately, my mini goal is our good friends wedding.in mid October. I don't want to be the big lady there. yes! clothing too!! I have a shirt i bought july 4th, i accidentally bought a 1x instead of 2x and couldnt even get it over my shoulders, friday, i tried it again and voila it fits!!! amazing feeling!!

Me too! I’ve only lost 24lbs and have 160 or so more to go but I did have a dance mom comment that I looked like I lost weight and looked good, and my sister has commented that I looked good too but I’d still rather just people keep their comments to themselves because it’s my life and journey not theirs

I too have packed my scale and tape measure away for a while! I tend to give up when I don't see a lost or see a gain. Haven't touched either in a week so far. Keep with it, I know it'll pay off to stick with this app!

It really isn't diet-y at all. There's freedom with it and no counting things !! It's all based on healthier choices and portion sizes on your plate . I.e so much of your plate for breakfast is carb so much is protein. Etc. It's super easy to follow as well. Just a lot of videos to watch though lol
