I tried the Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack Abs Workout thing, my stomach turns a bit hard during or after I work out for like 20 minutes. AFter that, it turns back to normal ):

omg, yes! In the morning, it's flatter. When I start consuming food throughout the day, it starts to expand.

I'm sorry if I confused you guys, I didn't use the term "fat" correctly. But basically, i'm just a skinny girl ,really skinny with no fat on anywhere of my body, except for my belly. It's not proportional compare to the rest of my body. I just want to tone it down, but it isnt working.
