  • Hi There, I'm just under 5'4" and over the past year and a half, I've gone from 197lbs to 145lbs. I've gained quite a bit of muscle and dropped a lot of body fat (over 10%). I've just started using myfitnesspal for meal planning and I'm hoping this will help me the rest of the way to achieving my goals. Cheers!
