How awesome is that? I'll tell you -- TOTALLY AWESOME! I had a similar moment yesterday when I realized that blouse/button "pucker" I typically have around my curvy boobs was no longer there. The blouse was flat and no pucker around the chest area! It's the small things that are SO big! Major congrats. I'm so happy for…

That's good to know. I totally get this thread. You work the program and do it for all the right reasons and make great choices and the stars align and daisies pop up in your path and you step on the scale and it spits up no loss or better yet -- a gain! I know life is not always fair, but geeze. LOL. So, great thread. And…

I try to scan the menu for what I can eat. Chicken, fish, and veg for sure. Scan for what's healthy and don't let the other stuff trip you up. Starting with a yummy salad is also helpful. Good luck. We're with you!!

I feel like since I've been "cheating" for the past 15 years and now have 75 lbs to lose, so when I want to loosen the structure, I just stick to the calorie count and pick something I miss. The slope is just too slippery.

Would love to support each other on this journey of success. Add me too! (And anyone else on the thread -- feel free to add me. I've got lots of support to go around!)

What I love about this treat is that you can make it for the whole family, kiddies too, and not feel like it's a "diet" treat. That's a yummy "whole foods" dessert for sure. Thanks for sharing!

Me too. Morning (not the morning after a weight-lifting muscle fest), naked, after a pee, before any liquids.
-
Feel free to add me. We can all do this together. Sometimes it takes a false start to really stay committed.
-
How is that even possible? Man oh man. Great freaking job. You look insanely amazing. I am inspired for sure!
-
You are just gorgeous! Congratulations. Your hard work paid off! Amazing!
-
Yes! Motivation pals unite. Let's do this! Please add me (and any others, too). I'm just starting this journey and want to help others feel good about the journey! Woot! Woot!

Hi there - I dealt with a bout of PF in from 2006-2007. Found the following product via a friend who had terrible foot pain. HTP inserts actually cured the PF in about 6 months. After 3, I felt really, really good. I only wear them from time to time, but really don't use them at all anymore. Stretching helps also. You can…
