"Epic Last Song" by Does It Offend You, Yeah? "Cast Away" by Strange Talk "Unite Us" by Pnau Plus a lot of peppy 80s pop. :P

I'm not the biggest vegetable fan, I'll admit. What motivates me to eat them is if I sautee them or I roast them! For both there's olive oil and garlic, but then when I roast, I also use salt, pepper, rosemary, even oregano and/or basil. Whatever I feel like using!

Some people just want you to achieve your weight goal healthily, and if you eat under a certain amount of calories per day, that's at risk. I personally find it hard to eat more than 1000 or 1100 some days. Some days it takes a lot of effort. But I know it shouldn't.

Why not, tbh? If there's one thing besides bigotry and discrimination that I can't stand, it's slut-shaming.

I'm from NY :)

I used to do that and I'm still tempted to whenever I lose a pound, lol.

I usually log as I make my food or as I eat it! If I'm somewhere and I know what I'm going to eat, then I'll log before. I know I'll forget if I choose to log it way after I actually eat.

I absolutely LOVE "Epic Last Song" by Does It Offend You, Yeah? The song really builds, which is fun for working out.

My girlfriend and I are dressing as witches! Classic and a bit cliche, but fun :P

It's seriously hard to tell people to change what they're doing, even when they know something's wrong. My dad's cholesterol is terrible and he still eats foods that will make it worse or keep it the same. People have to WANT to change what they're doing.

Congrats on reaching your goal! Feel free to add me, anyone :)

I never do posts like this, so might as well~ Did you stay within your nutritional goals? -- I... uh, no. I always go over sugar. Granted, a lot of it is fruit sugar. But today it's the fault of time-of-the-month chocolate cravings. Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? -- I'm not sure I had one yesterday. What did I do…

That's awesome! Congrats!

Thing is, some people just don't like sex, that's all :)

French fries. I've also just started making different decisions about what I choose from menus and stuff. Like, I'll order a turkey or veggie burger instead of fries and chicken tenders. Stuff like that. Also, huge portions of baked ziti (woe is me) and consuming several slices of pizza at a time.

Do not worry, chimp friend, fructose is fine. It's very different than the bad sugars, like high fructose corn syrup. Enjoy your bananas :)

I'm mostly trying a lifestyle change (healthier eating) so that I can keep up something similar when I go into maintenance. I also try to exercise at least twice a week. I don't think I could ever do anything else personally, because I know I can't restrict myself so much. I know a lot of people who do special diets (my…

I feel that. If I wake up too late, I'm just like, "Screw that." I think I need to start setting an alarm or something.

Working out helps me get annoyances and anger out, to be honest. But everyone's different! If you're feeling crappy and don't want to work out, maybe listen to a happy playlist while working out? Or something distracting, maybe. I've started listening to audiobooks so I can concentrate on them rather than how much I want…

Fruit is too delicious to give up.

Like others have said, there are non-dairy alternatives! There's coconut milk, rice milk, soy milk, almond milk, Earth Balance (or other soy) butter, yogurts, creamers, cheeses, and ice creams made out of several of these. Hopefully you find something that works for you :)

Seconding kale chips! I don't mind kale, but I'm not the biggest fan of its flavor. But roast it and make it into chips and, for me, it's hard to stop eating it.

I'm not the OP obviously, but I just want to throw in that that can be hard for some people. Some picky eaters have reasons behind it. Foods I'm picky about usually make me nauseous for instance, just being around them. Of course, it depends on how they're cooked and how strong the scent is, but it's tough for some picky…

I'm not set at 1200, I'm set at 1500, but I usually eat *around* 1200 so anyone who wants to, feel free to add me. :)

Losing weight when you're not on a crash diet is hard. Believe me, I get it. I've been at this for months, and I get impatient all the time. Years and years ago I did some sort of weird crash diet and lost a lot of weight. The thing is, with crash diets several people gain them all back. Unfortunately (and I know it's a…

It's an individual thing. Of course, you could be in a fully committed relationship without getting married, but getting married does provide some benefits that are important to have!

I think a level of intimacy is definitely important! It doesn't have to be about sex --- some people are asexual and might not like it much after all, and everyone is different, but some sort of intimacy builds trust and bonding for sure. A lot of people achieve that with sex, but there are definitely other options.…

No prob! I started working in a health food store to get more ideas. There are usually healthier options for foods that are liked by several. For example, I don't like mayo, but for those who do and want a healthier option with no cholesterol, there's Vegenaise. It's made of soy, but as far as I can tell (by others'…

I'm a picky eater too. Onions and peppers? Never. Mushrooms? No way. And so many low cal recipes have those things in them. I know you said you like some of the veggies I hate! What you could do is make a soup with the veggies that you like and a grain, like pearled cous cous or rice. When I make soup, I usually put…

Hey guys! Feel free to add me. I don't have a lot of detail on my profile because I'm awkward but basically I'm in the same boat as you all. I have a lot to lose and sometimes it's really tough to stick to it, especially in a healthy, balanced way.
