I live in seacoast New Hampshire right now but I'm moving closer to Boston to seacoast Massachusetts in a little less than a month :) edit: I already answered this post apparently. I fail. lol.

The January before this past one, I slipped on ice as I was getting into my car and fell out of it, twisting my leg and knee. It hurt like hell. And it's happened before! It happened once when I was in high school. Same way - getting into my car and slipping on ice. So this didn't happen while I was exercising but it…

The produce at my local Trader Joe's isn't amazing, but everything else is pretty good. I usually get the frozen veggies and rice, organic foursome, their version of rice krispies, some kind of dried fruit (usually the organic Turkish apricots), their multicolored pasta, tofu, tempeh, soy chorizo, whatever I've run out of…

I'm 5'2" and my goal for right now is 135. I might make my GW a bit lower once I hit that. I'm in the 180s somewhere right now, but I started at 246.

I'm a vegetarian who eats mostly vegan, open to adding anyone!

Feel free to add me, anyone! :)

I like lemon, apple, and ginger with some sort of green but I don't really juice that often. But combining those with almond milk in a smoothie? I love that.

I've been doing the same. I'm trying to switch from coconut ice cream to carrots and hummus, haha.

My parents have a really, really fluffy cat and a chihuahua terrier that's the same size as the fluffy cat. I plan on getting a cat of my own soon.

Wow, great job!

Awesome job!

Try Happy Herbivore. The website has recipes that are vegan and fairly cheap to make.

I usually put soy sauce (or tamari) and five spice, or garlic and onion powder.

I'm not gluten free, but I eat mostly vegan and worked at a health food store with vegan and gluten free options. Lentils and chickpeas are gonna be something you'll want to stock up on. Also, lentil loaf! Lentil loaf is actually delicious. Google "The Magical Loaf Studio - Vegan Lunch Box" and you can create your own…

Ah, smoothies. At my old job at a health food store, we made smoothies for people. One of the most popular was kale, apple, lemon, and ginger. I know you don't really want a lot of fruit in there, but you could get the tiny 55 cal apples, and you still get the good effects of the kale and ginger. I don't even like kale…

I add five spice when I sauté vegetables. It adds a kick.

There's a lot of people out there who would argue it's not necessarily safe. But I think it's a useful substitute.

Doctor Who is great! One of my favorites too.

Congrats! That's awesome!

If they're available near you, I'd suggest Hubert's Lemonade (the diet ones are like 20 cals per bottle and they're all natural and imo don't taste that much like diet) and also Honest Tea makes some really good low cal options. Their Moroccan Mint green tea is amazing and 36 cals per bottle.

Chocolate chips!

Last night I had multigrain pasta and sautéed veggies with cashew cream sauce.
