I did it! Completed Week 8 and "ran" the whole thing! (I am doing this on the elliptical due to my foot issues). Now I'm seriously thinking about going back and starting over from the beginning and actually running outside to see how my foot will hold up. I guess I was overambitious about my goal this month. I will have to do another long run to even make last month's goal! But at least I am still moving and going faster and longer each time. 6.43 miles today

Good job! I just did W8, D1. I agree with those who have tried the C25K and quit. The story is the thing. I found myself getting nervous today when they were talking about my big run. Like it's real! LOL!!

YAY! I made it! Almost didn't after I busted my @$$ on the stairs the other day and am a little creaky, but knowing I only had a few miles left to hit my goal got me moving again.
