  • Most likely it took a while for your body to put on the weight? In my case it took years to "pack on the pounds". It seems only natural for it to take a while for your body to reverse direction and slowly let the pounds slip away. Be patient. This is no fad/crash diet, just a way to keep track of calories in-calories out.
