I found this sight late but I am 6/6 no snacking!! And when I make it to next Sunday, which my husband bet me I couldn't do, I will be $30 richer because of him. Wish me luck!!

Day 2 for me! I had a glass of water by my nightstand which really helped me from getting up and raiding the fridge while I was watching tv.

Last night was Day 1 yahoo! Done eating at 7:00 even though I was up until 2:00 am

Saturday we had company and we ended up not eating until 9:00 pm so there went my 7:30 cut off. I did however not snack after dinner. Sunday I did have zucchini and yellow quash after 7:30.
