  • Yesterday went to the mall and walked around doing. Got 8k steps. Today was lacking...had to get up 2 hours earlier for a breakfast meeting for work....just woke up from passing out when I got home. Too tired to do much else so not great activity today. Only 2500 steps so far.
  • Both yesterday and today were of days for me it was difficult to be healthy in my food choices. I do feel good that MFP said I'd weigh less if I are that way for 5 weeks even with what I ate. So bright side thinking.

Just look at it as an opps instead of a mess up. Use the "ok I see what I did wrong but from here I can still try my best" logic.…
