Yes!!! I checked and the MFP still says it recognizes my device. I figure the walking I do will just be bonus calories I am burning that is not being accounted for.

I talked to my nutritionist. I told her I was starving on 1200 calories a day. I'm very active. I workout six days a week. She told me to up my calorie intake to somewhere between 1500 and 1600 calories. It worked. I was no longer starving and the pounds came off.

My WW scale does the same thing!

Same thing for me, Bri. I had no idea how many calories were in a lot of things like butter for instance. Couldn't believe the sodium content of Lean Cuisine either. I just started logging in my food on Monday and I have already learned so much.

The doctor told me three things would be okay: Elliptical trainer, bike and swimming. You can also lift weights using a bench (sitting down most of the time). Where there is a will there's a way.

I was really surprised how much salt pre-packaged & frozen food has! :noway:

Way to go Jason! Stick with it. You are worth it.

My golden retriever passed just after Thanksgiving of last year. It took me a while to be ready to welcome a new member of the family but did so a couple of months ago. The black lab that is my profile photo is finally four months now and has all his shots. I've been walking him about a half-hour every evening for the past…

Congrats Megan for your accomplishments. Stick with your meal & fitness plan and the weight will come off. You did it once and you can do it again!
