I eat bean burritos, in those situations, where I am hungry, now.. :mad: I am learning, that protein helps w/ hunger, the bean burrito satisfy me for longer periods of time, better than an egg or a tablespoon of peanut butter :yawn:

Back in the nineties, I took this one meds, that w/ in a period of 2-3 months, I gained from size 8 to a size 16... (I am thinking, it could be the water weight, because, I have been a size 8, even after giving birth to 2 children)

I hope I explained this right... You have 1700 calories left to eat for the day... you exercise/burn 300 calories (300 bonus points.. you burn 300 calories, and get 300 back... its like you give and take, balances out evenly) still 1700 calories.. I give you a gift, and you give me the same gift back...

Thanks, yesterday I had 2 bean burritos, and I noticed I wasn't at all hungry for some time... That could be my issue, not enough protein... and possibly the sugary (sodas) making me crave.. I will check up on that...

Our Mall lets us walk at 6 am, at first I couldn't do it, getting up that early, so I tried going to bed early, drink coffee or take 1/2 caffiene pill to to get up (5 am) Then I bring my water, to the Mall and walk for 2-5 miles.. then I go home, and not eat til noon.. so my body can use my fat, and not my calories (foods)…

I am also new, my first week, here... I started my walking "at the mall" in the wee hours (last week), They open their doors at 6 am, but the stores open at 9 am..
