  • Back in the game! I tried MyFitnessPal a couple of years ago and lost about 10lbs. I gained those back and another 10.   • Fell behind a bit. Completed L1 D6 yesterday. I need to up the weights I think, but I definitely feel that the exercises are getting easier. I am sure I won't feel that way this afternoon :-)

  • 30 Day Shred L1 D3 complete! I added some weight to the chest fly and I am feeling it. My poor glutes too! Sweet agony. For me it all about the raises. Shoulders inflamed. Had to pause for 5 today. Tomorrow try to muscle through.

  • Does anyone change weights for biceps and chest vs. anterior raises and presses? I feel I could get more burn out of the first two with a heavier. I am using 3 lbs now.
