  • Kashi Waffles are an excellent choice. I'm hooked on them. Recently I started to make breakfast sandiwches with them-with a Gardenburger Sausage patty, egg and a slice of Soy cheddar. Something else we like is grape nuts, heated with soy milk and blueberries. It tastes better than it sounds! :)
  • Great job! Eating enough is very important! I've learned that the hard way myself.
  • Depends on how sick you are; if you just have a head cold from the neck up, chances are a little light exersize might help you. if it's in your lungs or you have another illness, I would take it easy today. The little one will keep you moving around enough. Feel better soon! :flowerforyou:
  • Try salads for lunch and healthy (Shredded wheat or Uncle Sam) cereal or eggs for breakfast and if you eat meat, try buying it in bulk and freezing it. I've learned this can shave off $$ at the store. Produce is pretty expensive, so I've taken to purchasing my fruits and veggies in the frozen section. Hope this…
  • I feel great afterwards; tons of energy and knowing that I can have a beer without worry. Also I am looking forward to meeting my goal of doing a 5K this spring. Find what motivates you! Best of luck!
  • Losing weight slowly is key! Think about it as you are 5 pounds closer to your goal. For me, I've started to track my sugar intake; the less sugar I take in, the more I lose! Best of luck to you in you efforts. :)
