  • I want to wish you good luck! 17 down = awesome! I've lost 140lbs. The thing to remember is that you WILL have your down times. (frustration, plateaus, binge, hunger). When you do, "let it go." Get angry, but let it go and keep moving forward. Don't weigh yourself too often. Concentrate on your goal!
  • Unfortunately only 2 things. Surgery and strength training. Men inherently have more muscle mass so we are able to hide it much easier. I've lost 150lbs so I'm there with you but more muscles = less noticeable. I started swimming about 3 years ago 3 x a week and I was surprised by just how much better my arms look. I don't…
  • I agree. My normal habit is to snack when I get on the computer(like now), but it is due to habit and not that I'm really hungry. I was going to eat a snack just now, but your wisdom has got me through the moment! :)

  • Funny that you posted this because I was thinking the same thing. I started @ 272 Oct 1 and was pumped when I hit 269.5. Hey- Out of the 270's! Same thing for leaving 260,250,240 and now I am 230 and can't wait to weigh in and find that I'll be in the 220's. haha! I'll easily take 229.5... Good job on your weightloss!
