I feel trapped and unfulfilled in a corporate job and fulfilling my sweets cravings gets me through my day. It's harder than it used to be to let the cravings pass.

I don't lose weight unless I keep my carbs at a minimum (<90grams/day). Calories never seemed to matter for me.
