I do boot camp too. I asked my instructor how many calories he thought we burned and he said around 450, so I added an new exercise, called it boot camp and set the calories for 450. It makes it easier than trying to put everything in individually!

I try not to eat the calories that I earned from exercise. Since it takes 3500 to lose or gain a pound, I use the extra calories that I've gained towards my count for losing weight.
