  • Hi all, Am new to fitness pal and find that it is a great way to keep count of calories and exercise. I am on week 4 of a 5 boot camp which ranges in classes from circuits, aerobics weights to kick boxing. I do this 3 nights a week and the gym the other 2 and then walking at the weekends. I am at a complete stand still…
