Both! Actually my two biggest motivators right now are: 1.) Fitting back into my pre-pregnancy clothes. I will save a lot of money and time if I don't have to shop for a new closet. Can you break your 30 min session into two 15 min sessions? You might also try herbal teas for nursing mothers, made with fenugreek and fennel (and some other stuff). That's whats helped me when I've seen small dips in production.
