I think I lost my mucus plug around Christmas eve. My estimated due date was Dec 29... but still no baby... I've been three cm dilated for several weeks. My doctor said that I "looked" like I was going to have the baby soon--haha, he said that two weeks ago!

Don't forget that you'll lose at least 10-15 pounds as soon as your baby is born. If you do go over your starting weight, it will be temporary. I lost 30 pounds in two weeks after my first baby. It felt AMAZING! (I had gained 45lb.) I felt so light and buoyant when I walked; I would have been jumping for joy if I hadn't…

height: 5'2" starting weight: 144 lb lowest weight during pregnancy: 135 lb (@~12w) current weight: 161 lb (@36w3d) With my first pregnancy, I started at 135lb and gained 45lb. Within two weeks of labor I had lost 30lb. I was still working off those last 15lb when #2 showed up though I didn't know it until near the end of…

We just had our 20 week u/s last Friday. We had the tech write the gender and put it in a sealed envelope. We'll be doing a gender reveal cake in two weeks when all our family is together. :)

At 20w3d now Since my low point during the first trimester I've gained about eight pounds. So I am back at the weight I got pregnant at. I'm still quite a few pounds lighter than I was at this time last pregnancy so I'm hopeful that I'll have a more moderate total gain this time (instead of 45!). Though I've been feeling a…

Well, I haven't had a vbac, but I'm hoping for one this time around. From what I've read, if your doctor let's you do a trial of labor success rates are often as high as 75%. But whether or not they let you do a trial depends a lot on your situation.

16w3d For the first two months or so I didn't realize I was pregnant so I was doing a small calorie reduction and a lot more exercising. I lost eight pounds and was finally back to 135 (my starting weight for my first pregnancy). Since finding out, I've gained back about four pounds. I'm currently about six pounds lighter…

I've been doing jogging ~30min 3x/week. I've also started do some free weight arm/shoulder lifts. On the days that I don't jog, I do some stretching and a few ab exercises like planks.

I found out mid-June that I was having a baby and I thought it would have a February birthday. But I just had an ultrasound today and measured at 15w4d, putting my EDD at 12/29! Since my last baby was 10 days past the EDD, I'm betting on a January birth. (And I'm also not quite ready to accept that I might have another…

I know! I'm still in a bit of shock. My cycles hadn't returned to normal from my first baby so we weren't sure on the exact date. I didn't notice a single symptom until near the beginning of June (when I was already 10/11 weeks) and even those were pretty mild. The last time around I knew I was pregnant several days BEFORE…

We had our first ultrasound today and everything looked great so far! But I'll have to be switching birth month groups--Baby measured at 15w4d putting our EDD at 12/29!

Heard our little ones heartbeat today! So beautiful! Going in July 11 for a dating ultrasound. The doctor things I might be further along then I think--might actually be a January baby!

Very exciting! Congrats!

Beautiful!

Well, it's not as simple as a pregnant/nursing option but you can add pregnancy or nursing to your daily food log and calories are subtracted from your consumption for that day (meaning it increases your allowance/you get to eat more).

Sometime in mid-Feb for me! We'll hopefully be getting an ultrasound in the next few weeks to get a more accurate date. Definitely looking forward to baby #2! Already getting some nausea... which I love and hate. :ohwell:

Wow, you look like a new person! Congrats on your success! I liked how you set manageable goals and then set new ones once you nailed the first ones. I know that I have perfectionist tendencies that keep me rooted in one place. If I can't reach the ultimate goal then I have a hard time motivating myself to start. I think…

Wow! So amazing! You look fantastic!

I don't do a lot of DVDs but I do like them for the diversity of exercises. They often break me out of my routines. I generally like to do running, biking, and other outdoors stuff. I'll add a few stretches and a few floor exercises and that's all that I'll ever get around to doing. When I exercise I like to let my mind…
