That makes me the craziest! "You're too thin" I hit the 90 lb lost mark from my very heaviest last week and when I mentioned it to a coworker, she said "so are you done now, you're too thin". I quickly changed the subject!

I work out at 5 am so I generally don't eat before. I used to grab a banana on the way out the door but found I really didn't need it as long as a refuel after I get home!

I've found for me it depends on what those calories are as well. My daily goal is 1300 and somedays with no exercise, I may end up with only 1100 which of course is too few for anyone and it gives me a message. I could easily eat a bar of some sort but I try to watch the make-up of the calories and ear smartly. With 1300…
