Just started Alpha week 5 today. I'd love to get and give some motivation. I like the program so far, but I'm loosing motivation. I need some butt kicking! I really want to get in great shape/ eat clean and be healthy!! Please add me too!

Ive been in a slump for the last two days. BUT I made myself do the workout and felt better after. I know if I didnt do it, I would really be down on myself. I also gained:happy: 2 pounds the first week and am slowly seeing it come back down...slowly. Good info about muscles holding water while repairing...maybe that's the reason. If this 30DS will help me to loose weight and inches in the long run, I'm sticking with it!
