I know I am flogging a dead horse again but I am still so confused about the eating the exercise calories back. I hear so many different things and I feel im really over eating for the sake of it if i do. Usually I dont eat them back - but I know if I am hungry i can have a snack (rare though)

I'm not sure what country you are in but my suggestions for breakfast are: Porridge (very low GI) Cereal bars, fruit and yogurt Omlette Low fat cereal wholemeal toast with peanut butter (no butter) Wholemeal toast and boiled egg Wholemeal toast and thin spreading of nutella

Wow you are eating alot of dairy, cereal and sugar! Have you thought about a little more protein to bulk you up a lil bit and give extra calories?

I've not viewed your diary yet but fruit is a good way to bump it up as it is quite high in calories because of the natural sugars but not fatty.

When I used to argue with my fiance instead of calming down and talking rationally I used to storm off to McDonalds and eat a quarter pounder with cheese meal and two double cheeseburgers before coming back! :ohwell: :embarassed:

p.s i have been been amazed at how little food i have needed to survive on a daily basis. I have more than halved my intake. Some days I struggle to fill 1200 calories.
