I can never ever break an egg yolk. If I break it when i crack it in the pan it goes in the bin. I eat my fried eggs by eating the whites first and then i scoop up the yolk and pop it in my mouth in one and burst it in my mouth. Breaking it is a waste. I cannot eat bacon sandwiches with anything else other than heinz…

Emotional eater alert. After rowing with my husband I'd go to McDonald's and have a spite meal... Large quarter pounder meal and two double cheeseburgers with a milkshake... :-/

Okay....so not really appropriate for a diet site but I have (had) it on a toasted ciabatta roll (or other artisan bread) with brie, bacon and a smattering of caramelized onion chutney. Heaven. Bad heaven, but heaven.

Don't buy it! When you feel like buying it, put the money you would have spent in a jar and then go treat yourself to a massage or perfume or an expensive lipstick or something else which is nice!

This whole thing is habit. eating bad and getting no exercise is habit. Biting your nails is a habit. habits are able to be changed but it does not happen over night. Get into the habit of eating and exercising and it will be the norm. You just got to keep plugging away when you don't feel like it. MAKE YOURSELF! Good luck…

So don't go through the effort and put weight back on. I know how you feel - believe me. I lost 3 stones last year and put it all back on when I found out I had a heart defect and can't exercise til its operated on. Last year I just had to power though even though I did not feel like it and honestly - it did get better…

I was on the pill for years and have recently come off it. I didn't see any major weight loss when I did so i can only assume my weight gain was cake related rather than contraception related :-/

You need a new goal girlfriend! Why not start setting mini goals and then treating yourself to nice theings when you reach your mini goals...spa day, massage, nice lunch out, shopping....you get the idea!

If you want to tone up you need to do some weights - when you do them you need to do light weights and lots of reps rather than heavy weights with less reps - this builds more muscle. Cardio will not tone you up as quickly as you want it to!

Guessing you are from the states and so can't comment on you guys - but over the pond the pavements (sidewalks) are a pain to run on because you are constantly didging people, poo, or putting extra stress on your ankles by running upand down the kerbs.
