  • That's what they recommend.....if you hit a plateau for 2 weeks or more do a fat fast.....good luck and congrats on the weight loss so far.....I'm starting the ketogenic diet today I've been reading up on it, makes a lot of sense :)

If you just reduce your calories by 500 each day you should start losing 1-2 pnds a week. I myself have limited my calories to 1200max per day and sometimes I struggle to eat all that.…
