Share a tip Wednesday... Keep your shelves stocked with good healthy foods. Then when you can resist going for that late night snack, at least you know it isn't going to be really unhealthy. I always keep a tub of peach and pear cubes in my fridge. Not only does it satisfy my sweet tooth, it's really low on calories. :)
