I considered 135 lbs on the deadlift heavy when I first started. Squats was 135lbs as well. But the bench press... 95lbs felt like a **** tonne of bricks. OHP, 65lbs Barbell rows was about 115.

Something does not add up here. I believe you're having issues with counting accurately if you gained 20lbs in 2 months on 2000 calories a day. Especially on a weight training program. If you're applying the same calorie counting technique, you're likely eating too many calories right now. Be wary and accurate when…

The thyroid replacement hormones will just bring your hormones to a normal level. If you want to lose weight you'll still have to count calories to ensure a caloric deficit. Source: I am on thyroid medication myself for over 2 years.

Who says you have to eat 1200 calories a day for life? That would assume you will be attempting to lose until your body adapts... When you raise calories your body also adapts a bit to that. So lower calories a bit, reach your goal, then find your maintenance calories. Alternatively, take a diet break and allow your…

When you see someone every day it's harder to notice the change. The friends I see all the time say that I've made "no gainz bra" or "no results lul", but the people that only see me once every 2-3 months are all like, "oh em gee, teach me how you get gainz and results bra!" 8)

About 30 minutes after doing bicep curls. THAT PUMP DOE!

You're eating at a surplus if you are gaining that much weight and sustaining it.

If you're doing exercise, you should be eating back some/most of your exercise calories so 1200 NET calories. Shouldn't matter how much exercise you do.
