5'3", 132 lbs, and size 8 jeans size small shirts. I have a badonk so I doubt those jeans are really going to get smaller. If I squeeze, I can fit in a size 6 but they aren't comfortable.

Yep. I'm way guilty of eating those and passing over sweet stuff. What I do is I keep a bag of baby carrots in the fridge and then put a bit of balsamic vinegar and seasoning on it. I think in total like 14 carrots plus the seasoning comes to around 70 calories? I'm not entirely sure but it's far less than chips. Or mix it…

I saw a lot of sodium on there. I know for me that stalls my weight loss. Maybe watch that for a few days and see if it makes you feel better/drop weight? Other than that, it seems normal. You're doing a good job.

My cramps got stronger after losing weight and got intermittent bleeding as well which sucked. Went to the doctor and yep, hormone changes. Or as I like to think of it, my layer of protection got smaller. Maybe they always were this stronger just it took a while for it to hit me.

I had breakouts because of losing weight. Get some Clean and Clean persa gel 10 to put on right after you take a shower. Keeps your skin looking good. I think it costs under $20 and lasts long.

This. I have two little kids so I sometimes end up skipping breakfast dealing with all their problems. Aiming for 130 and dress size about 6. I had a big booty so I doubt it'll get much smaller than that. 120 might make you drop to a size 4. I'm not sure - depends on your body shape. Good luck. :)

Try chewing some sugar free or regular gum. It helped me a lot just chewing on something and tricking myself into thinking I was eating something.
