Can't this term because of real life but hope you guys have a ton of fun!

Another one for deodorant. It's saved my thighs so many times. Make sure to get the kind that goes on clear.

I have to stop for a while because of my ankle. I really must've done more to it than I thought. Hurts to even walk now and is slightly swollen. This always happens when I start exercising - I have absolutely no grace when it comes to stuff like this. lol I'm hoping after a rested weekend I can pick up Monday.

I remember someone on here (or some other nutrition area I can't remember) saying sometimes we crave food but we're actually thirsty. Especially with celery and cucumbers, this might be something to look into. How much are you drinking a day? Maybe try grabbing a glass before munching to see if it reduces the urge to snack?

Day 11/30 and started Level 2 today. I hurt my left ankle somehow so needed to take it slightly easier on all the jumping. But still - wow. I feel incredibly weak trying to use my weights for all of this. They're only 3lbs but feel like ten.

Day 10 of Level 1. Rest day tomorrow and then on to level 2!
-
Day 9 of Level 1 complete. One more day!
-
Day 8 of Level one finished. Definitely feeling like I can handle Level 2 soon.

I decided to start sorting through my clothes today and I can fit in an 8! I haven't been able to fit in that for a long time. Granted the thighs on a few are still a bit tight but I'll take it.

Day 7 Level 1 complete. Endurance is getting better. Didn't feel like dying doing my side to sides.

I'm at 12.91 miles from the Edge of Farmer Maggot's Field. Getting there slowly.

Hey this one is the same as mine. Finished day 6 and my mini goal is to finish the entire 30 days. Also reaching 140 (147 right now) and will go shopping for new clothes, throwing or donating all my bigger ones so I have no reason to quit.

Day 6 Level 1 complete. It does get slightly easier every day but only slightly. Still working those thighs and abs a lot.
-
Day 5 of Level 1 complete. My booty felt it today and for me to feel anything through this huge thing is impressive. lol
-
Day 4 on Level 1 complete. Can really feel it in my thighs and calves today from all the jumping.

Downloaded the app because of this thread and hoped I could stick with it. I have 6.04 miles to Meet the Elves now. This is a great way to make sure I get in my steps.

Day 3/30 Level 1 of the Shred today and it was soooooo much easier than yesterday. Also noticed my abs are feeling the effects already, getting a bit tighter at times. My waistband on my pjs also feels a little looser but I could also just imagine that since it was early morning lol Looking forward to what happens by the…

Read through this post and thought "This might be interesting to try. Maybe next time I go to Walmart I'll pick it up." My youngest son wanted to go to Goodwill because he calls it the awesome store to find things and the moment I stepped in, there was the DVD . On day 2 of level 1 and oh my god my thighs are killing me.…

I like the Fitness Marshall. Great attitude and great songs.

If your house is raised, have you tried low impact workouts? They don't require a bunch of jumping around so you don't have to worry about things falling down everywhere. I do them in my house and the only thing that sorta moves is this tin display case I have which moves all the time anyway.

I think the snacks thing isn't sabotage - they just want to reward you. Sounds dumb, I know, but we have been conditioned that when someone does something good they deserve a reward. Why not buy healthy snacks? Little boxes of raisins, nuts, even some popcorn kernels to air pop. Explain if they want to offer you a snack,…

As someone who lives in a very hurricane prone area, a category 4 is not something to ride out. Grab your important papers and find somewhere else to go. Bring snacks and water for the trip - you'll be stuck in a car for a while. Keep calm. I really can't recommend staying home during something like this. My rule has…

I want to eat that entire chocolate bow by myself. Very beautiful work.

Did you just start exercising again? That's usually a culprit for not losing weight. You'll see a drop in a week or two once your body gets used to it. Just reread and yeah, it's the exercise since you just restarted. Give your body a while to get used to the shock of burpees and not burgers.

Make awkward eye contact to where he knows I'm looking and then when I go to talk to him, I say something even awkwarder like "Do you know skittles don't really taste like a rainbow because if they did, they'd taste like water?" Usually at that point his wing man takes over.

Wait. It's your wedding - shop on your schedule. I was forced into buying a wedding dress I hated (too dang timid to say no) and I hated it. Like you said, at the worst you'll have to grab one off the rack.

You're probably looking to tone up more and not lose weight. Hit the weights, get in some squats, work the muscles and get a beach body.

I'd say the fries probably gave you more sodium than the red meat. At least I know when I eat fries, even just a handful, it shoots my water weight up really high.

Losing weight is a lifestyle change - not a short sprint. If you have a breakdown over not having a muffin, eat the muffin. Feel guilty and savor it. Log it. Trim calories another day if you need to or get in an extra workout in the week to make up for it if you still have guilt. Then google healthier pumpkin spice muffins…
