I love that I reached my goal of 100lbs lost and that even though I don't want to go to the gym tonight, I'm going anyway because I might not make it tomorrow. I also love that I've been putting off meal prepping because it just is so much work but today with my husband's help, we accomplished it!

Even though right now I'm stuck in a rut, I love how far I have come with myself. Losing all this week wasn't easy and I know it'll continue to be hard but I love that I'm doing it. It'll be better for me and better for my family. :)

1. Continue drinking 100 ounces water 2. Change my exercise routine up 3. Stop worrying about everyone else's progress and just my own. <--- hardest thing for me.
