Where do you get those? I take anti anxiety meds. But deal with pain daily. And I don't sleep well even with sleeping pills. I would love to have setting natural to help with all these issues!

Thank you! I bought magnesium oxide the other day, didn't realize that's what it was until I got it home, I haven't opened it yet because I was thinking that was the wrong one. I'll return it and look for the citrate. Thanks you guys!

Maybe I should have given you the reason he said that.....not that I remember now, since that was weeks ago. I usually eat every few hours anyway so it doesn't make much of a difference. Everybody eats differently. I guess in Arkansas all the trainers think you should eat small meals often...I mean I'm pretty sure they do…

A trainer at the gym told me the other day to eat 300 cals every 3 hours. So I try to eat something...maybe less or maybe more than 300 cals at least every 2-3 hours. That will help out your metabolism and give you more energy. Try it and see how you feel. Oh and drink at least 64 oz of water a day. I aim for 100 or more,…

There are lots of different reasons you could have stayed the same or put on a few pounds. I wouldn't worry about it this week and it may come off in two days! Make sure you measure and not just weigh. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will see a change (hopefully next week)!

I'm 5"7.5 and medium bones....I have 60-75 pounds to lose. So we are close. I wear a 14-15 pants and large shirts. I use the recipe maker on MFP every week. I put protein shakes in there, sweets in there, spaghetti in there.....everything lol. It is so much easier to put them in there once and then be able to go back and click on it the next time and not have to completely re-log everything!

I have a sportline HRM and when I walk I get different calorie burned amounts between it, map my ride, and MFP. I don't quite get it, but I always log my HRM and hope it is accurate. One thing you will have to do with your HRM is change your weights as you go! Do you also have a chest strap with it or is it just the watch?

I'm not sure on the answer to your question since I have a cable system. But I wanted to tell you that there is a NROL4W group on here in case you didn't know about it. There is all kinds of great information on there and maybe one of the ladies could help you. I agree with ubermensch13 though, I would google it! Good luck.

Ok. Since I didn't recognize the area, I didn't figure it was close to me! But wanted others to know what city you were in just in case they were close! Good luck on finding riding partners. I wish I could find some around my town. Not very motivating for me to go by myself :(
