  • I use MFP (sporadically, but trying to change that) for calorie tracking. I'm on week 4 of the Couch to 5k program; my husband and I are doing it together and so far so good. I have never been a runner, never wanted to run, and even hated the very idea of running, but this approach seems to be working well.
  • I made the switch to real food/clean eating almost two years ago, and since I'm the mom, the rest of the family did too. :) For lunch, I often have a salad of chopped veggies, or leftovers from dinner. I'll fill a whole wheat tortilla with hummus, greens, tomato, peppers, and avocado, with maybe a slice of cheddar cheese.…
