I always seem to have leftovers in my fridge that I could heat up, but if I don't then I always have sweet potatoes on hand that I could put in the microwave or make a quick stirfry with veggies. :)

Hi and Welcome! I joined a few weeks ago myself and love it. The forums have a lot of helpful information and learning to count calories has been helpful in realizing how much I really eat.

It sounds like you have determination and I know you can do it! On the days you feel frustrated because perhaps you didn't lose as much as you wanted, remember the things you have accomplished like being able to walk farther or faster, or your clothes fit better. I fix mine with raisens, cinnamon, sprinkle some vanille protein powder and add fruit on top. Yum! :)
