On Tuesday I will be attending my fourth class and I love it. I am able to follow the routines well and can certainly see some changes in my muscle tone in my arms. I reccommend it.

I went to my 3rd Body combat class yesterday and am totally addicted. I burn an average of 600 calories per class and I'm still getting used to the moves. I makes me feel a real high afterwards. Feel free to add me for support

The internet has some great suggestions for free workouts. Also magazines usually suggest free workouts you can do at home or in a local park. Do you have an iphone? can you afford an app? lots of great apps for helping suggest exercises etc. It's all about moving and keeping moving. Just sticking a great song and dancing…

I used to use iFitness, but it got pulled from the app store for faking reviews. It got replaced by Full Fitness and got pulled again. Huge shame as I use the app almost everyday.

I love my iPhone for fitness. Apps I use are MFP(of course) Nike+, All fitness, Nike womens Club, Mapmyrun and some others I've had to clear off as I ran out of space. I'd be interested in which other people use as well.

Since giving up fast food I really wouldn't go back to it. My body reacts badly to too much grease and fat. Not in a pleasant way and it's usually fast. Just picking up something greasy and soaked in fat does not feel like a treat anymore. I would much prefer a nicely cooked meal. If I do feel like something fast I go to…
