  • I did the 5 day get fit mix in college and lost 10 lbs in about a month! These workouts do actually work, and you feel tired after you're done. I started out doing one, then adding another for 20 minutes, and by the end I was doing 30 minutes every other day and 10 on my off days (with one day completely off). So awesome…
