Had mine out about 8 years ago. Took a few weeks off work. Healed up fine (keyhole scars v. small) No difference in what I can eat. Just a healthy balanced diet and you should be fine.

I lost 42lbs last year and have kept it off using MFP. I ran my first half marathon in October! I now buy size 10 (UK) clothes - which I still find amazing. Porridge oats made with rice milk/semi skimmed milk and water, topped with brown sugar, almond butter, strawberries/blueberries and banana - fantastic. Love it so much, love it love it love it! Even better after a 10K run!

I've logged for 526 consecutive days - is that serious enough!!! Seriously though, add me if you wish, i'm not the best at commenting but when I do I say what I think and I like to be honest! You're welcome to look at my diary which does contain many 'naughties' but i've maintained a 44lb weight loss for 9 months now.

I would definately avoid Baklava and any other of the pastries! The Salads are all great and there is abundance of lovely fruit.

EAT your exercise calories. Your MFP is set so that if you stick to the cals you will lose (ie a lb a week or 2 lb per week etc whatever you have set it to). That is if you eat all your allowed calories as well as your exercise cals. If you only eat 1200 cals a day then exercise for 600 cals and dont eat them back, you are…
