Ok so now it's time to do the work. On the site it will give you various ways of losing the weight... TDEE - 20%,-15%, no WO day deficit, slight deficit on WO day... etc. Please do as everyone is advising you and use your food scale to measure...pretty much everything. You'd be surprised... what you think is a 100g could…

I took a look at your diary, but it is hard to help you because it seems to lack consistency. Many times people are eating more than they realize which is why it is so important to log everything. You also need to make sure that you are weighing and measuring all your food. If you are truly only eating what you have listed…

You're not overweight from your son. You're overweight from eating more calories than you burned. Period. End of story. Eating 1200 to lose weight for women is ridiculous. I suggest you use a reputable TDEE calculator, find out your TDEE, and eat 15% less of that. Starving yourself at 1200 calories is only going to…

Ditto. Just learn to love them.

Forget what MFP says. Eat your 1774 on workout days. You CAN eat a little less (maybe 200 less) on rest days but that is not completely necessary. Try eating 1774 every day for a couple of weeks and see how your body responds - adjust as needed. Put in 1 calorie for exercise. Do NOT trust what MFP tells you for calorie…

I actually took my kid's small McD's fry and counted all of them just so I could calculate out how many calories were in 1 fry :blushing: You're not alone!

I echo the potassium and magnesium (especially from Epsom salt baths). I've heard about the bar of soap thing, though haven't tried it. My husband gets BAD Charlie horses. We keep a little bottle of this stuff called "leg cramps" by the bed. They're little sublingual tablets that contain quinine and they actually help him…

I had the same problem... very close gym with nothing but a smith machine and other equipment that didn't meet the requirements for my fitness goals. I stagnated there for several months trying to jerry rig it. Finally gave in and found a gym that offered what I needed even though I had to travel a bit further and change…

Find a gym with the proper equipment. Don't jerry rig.

My thought on hunger control will probably be a little unpopular. I have tried and really don't like the 5-6 little meals thing. I always feel unsatisfied after every meal like I never got actully full. So I'm constantly walking around with this hunger and it just gets worse the further away from "meal time." 3 meals a day…

I had a lot of stomach problems too when I started the protein powder. I found out it was because it was Whey (dairy based) and though I can stomach cheese and a little bit of milk I CANNOT do Whey! :) I know you said you're going to give up the protein shakes, but just so you know you don't have to give them up entirely.…

The following isn't meant to be a "lecture" but just a suggestion as you how you approach food. From reading your post it seems, understandably, that there's a lot of negative feelings surrounding what you eat. There's a lot of "I don't like" "I hate" "can't " "will not" etc. So often we get so focused on the negative side…
