KC - I highly recommend Twining's Earl Grey k-cups! Also, it's not a k-cup, but the brand Celestials makes a tea called Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride which is amazing! I'm a bit of a tea enthusiast, haha. I've got about 20 or 30 types of tea at home including k-cups, bags, and loose-leaf!

Awesome! I exercised for the first time in like 6 months yesterday. I tried to do level 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and only made it halfway through. And i'm actually sore today! Ridiculous, haha. Can't believe I let myself get so weak!! What kind of exercise are you planning to do?

If you only went over a small amount, don't sweat it! Everyone goes a little over sometimes. As for the 3500 calories thing, it doesn't necessarily mean in one day. Say you're meant to eat 1500 calories a day, but instead you eat 1850. If you did that for 10 days you would gain 1 lb of fat (barring any other factors). So,…

What would be the logic in making it worse, especially if you just said you were satisfied (not hungry)? If I go over, I'm very careful about what I choose for the rest of the day/evening, to minimize the damage. If you were more active than usual, what's the problem? No need to freak out. **** happens.
