Thank you guys! I'm going to sit down tonight and type up everything that I think worked well for me over the past 5 years. I didn't talk much about my journey, busy life, but I have some free time tonight. I'm excited to share my story with all of you

I'm 5'11" and I lost a little over 100lbs 270lbs 168.2lbs

That's amazing! I have RA too, diagnosed when I was 18 years old. Not fun! I lost 40 lbs and then stalled for a while because I wasn't able to work out enough.
