Do you like greek yogurt or cottage cheese? Or suck down a scoop of protein powder with liquid of choice... : ) I have chickens and I love them and their eggs but i get tired of the white gobs occasionally. Adams is my go to. You have to stir it and I keep it in the fridge so it doesnt separate. Just because there is no sugar means nothing, still calorific 100cal a TBS. I have to keep it in the house or I am sure my kids would die.

I like to roast my veggies in the oven adds a ton of flavor, you don't even have to use oil. I love teriyaki sauce on veg to change it up. You can water it down or make your own to control the carbs. Rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar is good to add flavor.

We avoid black Friday like...the plague. Usually have get together fruday after to break the rest of the turkey down into new meals everyone can freeze. But this year we are participating in Green Friday. California state parks give free day passes for "black" Friday for a ton of different parks here. Gunna hike and picnic.
