  • I dont worry if it comes from fruit..I really try to limit artificial and regular table sugars....they add up quick! MFP tracks for you, if you cut out processed foods as much as possible you will automatically cut out a lot of sugar..good luck on your journey!! :)

  • Bacon is fabulous! I just eat uncured nitrate free bacon, still has all the glorious fat porky taste I love with out the nitrate headaches....sometimes even the headache I get from cured bacon is worth it though....
