What do you mean no 1200 calorie people and the comment about helping themselves. I'm under 1,000 way lower. Trying to get things balanced out, but I've reprogrammed myself from probably damn near 2,000 in April to like 500 now. Trying to find a balance but it's surpisingly hard.

I know what you mean. Yesterday I worked out on my bike for 90 minutes, went on a half hour walk and just ate my salad for dinner (that's all I have all day, every day) but added some chicken. All I lost was .5 lbs. I'm livid right now. Just really pissed off. I've lost 35 lbs in the last 6 weeks and I know this is just a…

Keep up the good work. Stay focus and dedicated. You can do it!

Sounds like you are doing great! I LOVE to bake, but don't have any now. I just bake and my husband and son have a few and then I bring the rest into work, and send my husband to work with some. Keep up the great work!

Maybe one or two days a week I have a cheat day where I have fish or chicken and some vegetables. I've been doing that for 6 weeks and have lost 35 lbs. But a lot of people have told me your…

If that's over the course of the day, I'd say you're good. But I understand if you are freaking out about it. I just have a salad each day and that's it and over the holiday weekend I had a "normal" dinner and was really uncomfortable doing so. Don't sweat it though and for your height your weight is good. Take it one day…

Definitely is easier with a support system!

When I started my diet, I didn't like yogurt but really tried to make myself like it. I do like that Oikos that John Stamos does the adds for. But in an effort to further reduce my calorie intake I've cut them out.

That's so awesome!! And even better than you are doing it the right way. I started on 4/15 and have lost 14 pounds. Healthily? Um, not so much but I'm desperate. Keep up the good work - the healthy way!
