fixed the picture size. A picture of me with my Dad and sister. At my heaviest I was 243. In the after pic I am 195 but since that pic was taken I have lost an additional 18 lbs.

Great! I dab all things with a bit of grease with paper towel. It all adds up. If you can reduce the amount of fat (even the smallest amount) that is fat and calories you are saving. With the ground chicken you can make chili. Lots of veggies like onions, peppers, mushrooms etc. sometimes I even add grated carrots. You don't taste them but they are a great filler and add extra vitamins. Add black or white beans for lots of fiber. You can make anything with ground chicken that you would make with ground…

I AM SERIOUSLY THE BIGGEST FAN EVER!! I have seen every single episode from every season starting from the first season on ward. I love The Biggest Loser!
