I am looking for some healthy homemade soup/stew recipes. There are a couple that I make now....turkey chili and a cajun chicken soup, both are super yummy but looking for something different. My starting weight was 243. I have lost a total of 66 lbs thus far putting me currently at 177 lbs. I still have 27 more lbs to go to get to my goal. angbytymorgoli...... I'm kind of confussed....Are we really supposed to eat back all the calories we burn from exercise each day? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of working out in the first place. If I burn 300 cals and then eat back 300 cals then my workout is for nothing...right?...or wrong? Still learning... :blushing:
